Parcel station without display: simply collect and send 24/7
Are you often not at home and still want to receive your parcels on the desired day? Then use our new ParcelStations without a display in your neighbourhood. You can collect and send your parcels at the ParcelStation around the clock, regardless of opening hours. With a ParcelStation without a display, you can easily collect your parcels and send returns using your smartphone and a Bluetooth connection. You can either use the web version or download the ParcelStation app for a better user experience and additional functions.

Collect parcel, redirect, send returns and reserve compartment
Pick up parcel - via website
1. Receive notification
You will receive an e-mail from us with a link to the web version.
Go to the ParcelStation and click on the second link.
2. Select package
Select the parcel you would like to collect.
3. Open door
Click on "Open door" and the door will open automatically.
4. Remove parcel
The compartment containing your parcel will be displayed. Remove your parcel from the compartment. Close the compartment door and click on "Done".
5. Done
You have successfully collected your parcel.
💡 Make sure that your smartphone's Bluetooth connection is activated at all times.
Collect parcel via GLS Pakete App
1. Receive notification
You will receive a push notification in your GLS Pakete App or an email from us.
2. Track
Go to the ParcelStation.
Open the GLS Pakete app and track your parcel(s).
3. Enter postal code
Click on "Enter postal code" and input the delivery postal code. Then click on "Pick up now."
4. Allow location and Bluetooth sharing
Check if you have enabled location sharing and Bluetooth with the GLS Pakete app, and click on "Next."
5. Pick up the parcel and... Done!
Close the compartment and click on "Done."
You have successfully picked up your parcel.

Reserve compartment - ParcelStation Reserve compartment for returns
To return a parcel from the ParcelStation, you must reserve a compartment in advance.
1. Log in
Open the ParcelStation app and log in.
2. Start reservation
Click on "Return parcel" and scan the parcel label.
3. Select compartment size
Select the right compartment size for the package.
4. Select ParcelStation
Select the appropriate ParcelStation where you would like to drop off the parcel.
5. Done
You will receive a booking confirmation, which you confirm by clicking on "Done".
💡 Make sure that your smartphone's Bluetooth connection is activated at all times.
Sending returns - returning parcels via a ParcelStation
1. Compartment reserve
Reserve a locker in the ParcelStation app. Take your parcel and go to the ParcelStation.
2. Log in
Open the ParcelStation app and log in.
3. Select package
Open the ParcelStation app and click on "Drop off parcel". Click on "Drop off parcel" for the desired parcel.
4. Open door
You will now be shown the compartment where you can insert the parcel. Click on "Open the door" and insert your parcel.
5. Done
Close the door. Click on "Done" to finalise the delivery.
Redirect - Redirect parcels to a ParcelStation
You can redirect your parcel to a ParcelStation in your shipment tracking email or in the shipment tracking on our website. To do this, select a ParcelShop that has "ParcelStation from GLS/NXT" or "ParcelStation from MYFLEXBOX" in its name. You will then receive an e-mail informing you that your parcel will be delivered to a ParcelStation.Details for ParcelStation in the address field
If you want to send your parcel directly to a ParcelStation, you can also do this easily via the address line. To do this, enter the following information in the recipient address:
Recipient: Name of the ParcelStation (e.g. "ParcelStation from MYFLEXBOX" (#10000)")
Address: Address of the ParcelStation
Important: Always enter your e-mail address, otherwise you will not receive a collection code.
Information on the storage time
We will keep your parcel for you for five calendar days from the day of delivery.
Current locations
At the moment you can find our ParcelStation without display in Aachen, Munich, Braunschweig and Berlin.
At the ParcelStation with display, you can easily pick up and send your parcel using a QR code or pick-up code. You will receive this from us by e-mail. The ParcelStation with display is provided by our partner MYFLEXBOX. You can find the ParcelStations with display under the name "ParcelStation from MYFLEXBOX" in our ParcelShop search.
