Our ParcelLockers
To offer you as many locations as possible, we have two types of ParcelLocker.
The ParcelLocker without display, which you will find under the name " PaketStation von GLS/NXT ". And the ParcelLocker with display, which you can find under the name " PaketStation von MyFlexBox".
Your benefits
ParcelLockers without display
In the ParcelLocker without display, you can easily pick up your parcel and send returns using your smartphone with a Bluetooth connection. You can use the web version* or download the ParcelLocker app for a better user experience.
The ParcelLocker without display is provided to you by our innovation unit. You can find it under the name " PaketStation von GLS/NXT".
*The web version of our ParcelLocker app only allows you to pick up parcels and not to send returns.

Redirect, received parcel and send returns
Receive a parcel at the ParcelLocker without display (in the web version without the app)
1. Receive notification
You received an email from us with a link to the web version.
Go to the ParcelLocker and then click on the second link.
2. Select parcel
Select the parcel you want to pick up.
3. Open the door
Click on "Open door“ to pick up your parcel.
4. Take out your parcel
The compartment in which your parcel has been delivered is highlighted. Take out your parcel from the compartment.
Close the door of the compartment and click on the "Done“ button.
5. Done
You have successfully picked up your parcel.
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone is activated all the time.
Receive a parcel at the ParcelLocker without display (in the app)
1. Receive notification
You received a push notification in your ParcelLocker app or an email.
2. Log into the app
Go to the ParcelLocker.
Open the ParcelLocker App and log in.
3. Select parcel
Select "Pick up“. Click on the "Pick up" button of the desired parcel.
4. Take out parcel
The compartment is displayed in which your parcel has been delivered.
Click on "Open" and take out your parcel from the compartment.
5. Done
Close the compartment. Click on "Done“.
You have successfully picked up your parcel.
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone is activated all the time.
Reserve a compartment to send a return parcel from the ParcelLocker without display
To return a parcel from the ParcelLocker, you need to reserve a compartment beforehand.
1. Login
Open the ParcelLocker App and log in.
2. Start reservation
Open the ParcelLocker App.
Click on "Return parcel" and scan the parcel label.
3. Choose compartment size
Choose the right compartment size for your parcel.
4. Choose ParcelLocker
Select the ParcelLocker where you want to drop off the parcel.
5. Done
Your reservation confirmation will be displayed.
Click on „Done“.
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone is activated all the time.
Send a parcel from the ParcelLocker without display
1. Reserve a compartment
Reserve a compartment in the ParcelLocker.
Take your parcel and go to the ParcelLocker.
2. Login
Open the ParcelLocker App and log in.
3. Choose parcel
Click on “Drop off ".
Click on "Drop off parcel" of the parcel that you want to send.
4. Open compartment
Now you will see the compartment where you can put the parcel in.
Click on "Open" and insert your parcel.
5. Done
Close the compartment door.
Click on "Done" to complete the process.
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone is activated all the time.
Redirect a parcel to the ParcelLocker without a display
You can redirect your parcel to a ParcelLocker in your tracking email or on the tracking page on our website. To do this, select a parcel shop that is called either “ParcelLocker von GLS/NXT" or " ParcelLocker von MyFlexBox". Afterward, you will receive an email that your parcel will be delivered to a ParcelLocker.
Information for the ParcelLocker in the address field.
To send a parcel to a ParcelLocker, you can also do this easily via the address. Enter the following information in the consignee address:
Consignee: Name of the ParcelLocker (e.g. "PaketStation von GLS/NXT (#10000)“)
Address: Address of the ParcelLocker
Important: Always enter your email address, otherwise you will not receive a pickup link.
Retention period information
We will keep your package for you for five calendar days - starting with the day of delivery.

At the moment you can find our ParcelLocker without display in Aachen and Berlin.
ParcelLocker with display
At the ParcelLocker with display, you can easily pick up and send your parcel using a QR code or pick-up code. You will receive this code from us by e-mail.
The ParcelLocker with display is provided by our partner MyFlexBox. The ParcelLockers with display can be found under the name "PaketStation von MyFlexBox".
Receive, send and redirect parcels
Receive a parcel at the ParcelLocker with display
1. Receive email
You will receive an email that your parcel is in the ParcelLocker.
2. Access locker
Go to the ParcelLocker.
Scan the QR code from your email or enter the pickup code at the ParcelLocker.
Sign the receipt of your parcel directly on the display.
4. Open compartment
The right compartment opens.
Take out your parcel and close the door.
Franking a parcel online for the ParcelLocker with display
Here you can also conveniently frank your private parcel online and drop it off at a ParcelLocker. To do this, select "Delivery to ParcelShop" and then select a ParcelLocker under "Select ParcelShop". You can recognize a ParcelLocker by the name “ParcelLocker von MyFlexBox".
Send a parcel from the ParcelLocker with display
1. Scan QR Code
Go to the ParcelLocker. Scan the QR code on your GLS label.
2. Email or phone number
Enter your e-mail or mobile number on the display.
3. Open compartment
The compartment opens.
Insert the parcel and close the compartment door.
4. Done
You will receive a confirmation by email.
Redirect the parcel to the ParcelLocker with a display
You can redirect your parcel to a ParcelLocker in your tracking email or on the tracking page on our website. To do this, select a parcel shop that is called “PaketStation von GLS/NXT" or " PaketStation von MyFlexBox". Afterward, you will receive an email that your parcel will be delivered to a ParcelLocker.
Information for the ParcelLocker in the address field
To send a parcel to a ParcelLocker, you can also do this easily via the address. Enter the following information in the consignee address:
