Create an online collection order: You can conveniently create a collection order for the desired return via the GLS shipping portal. Enter the collection address and the desired date.
Have your return collected: Our delivery driver will collect the parcel from the specified address at the agreed time. Particularly practical for you: the driver brings the required parcel label directly with them, so neither you nor your customer have to worry about printing it out.
Fast return of the parcel: After collection, the return will be sent back to your address immediately. The Pick&ReturnService is not only available nationally, but also internationally.
