In retail and e-commerce, fulfilment refers to the process of processing customer orders. It generally includes the inbound, warehousing, order picking, packaging, shipping and returns management. The picked goods are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. They are then transported to the customer. We offer global shipping options including customs clearance and same-day shipping for orders received by 18:00.
This step includes the processing of returns and exchange requests from customers. Efficient returns management is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and quickly reintegrating the goods into the sales process.

The correct word in German is “Fulfillment” (with “u” and an “l” at the beginning, so not Fullfillment!). The term “fulfillment” originally comes from the English language and literally means “realization” or “execution”. In logistics and e-commerce, fulfillment refers to the entire process of order processing, which begins with the customer's order and ends with the delivery of the product. The spelling “fulfillment” is the American variant of the term, while “fulfilment” is the British spelling. Both versions are correct, but one or the other form is preferred depending on the geographical context.
