In retail and e-commerce, fulfilment refers to the process of processing customer orders. It generally includes the inbound, warehousing, order picking, packaging, shipping and returns management. The picked goods are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. They are then transported to the customer. We offer global shipping options including customs clearance and same-day shipping for orders received by 18:00.

The correct word in German is âFulfillmentâ (with âuâ and an âlâ at the beginning, so not Fullfillment!). The term âfulfillmentâ originally comes from the English language and literally means ârealizationâ or âexecutionâ. In logistics and e-commerce, fulfillment refers to the entire process of order processing, which begins with the customer's order and ends with the delivery of the product. The spelling âfulfillmentâ is the American variant of the term, while âfulfilmentâ is the British spelling. Both versions are correct, but one or the other form is preferred depending on the geographical context.
