The GLS ShopReturnService enables customers to return parcels easily and free of charge to one of over 8,000 GLS ParcelShops and ParcelStations in Germany. The service offers flexible returns processing, as the customer only has to hand in the parcel in the shop without having to create their own return label. Once the parcel has been handed in, GLS takes care of the return directly and sends it back to the retailer within the usual standard delivery times. The entire return can be tracked online, which ensures maximum transparency. In addition, the GLS ShopReturnService is also available for cross-border returns in numerous European countries.
It's that simple
As a shipper, you can choose from several options: You can enclose a prepared GLS returns label with the parcel, make it available online as a PDF to print out yourself or as a QR code. Your customer can have the QR code scanned in the GLS ParcelShop and receive the printed returns label directly when the parcel is handed in. Your goods will then be returned to you without any detours. Of course, we also offer the ShopReturnService if you do not send your other parcels with us.
