GeoPOD - the delivery standard at GLS!
By default, parcels are delivered personally at GLS Germany and the name of the recipient and the geo-coordinates are recorded. This standard is called GeoPOD. With some services, delivery is also confirmed. With GeoPOD, you always know exactly where your parcels have been delivered. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, GLS Germany offers you precise tracking and reliable delivery. Extensive piloting has shown that the delivery standard has no impact on quality.
Precise tracking and secure parcel delivery with GLS Germany
GeoPOD is the delivery standard of GLS Germany. With GeoPOD, parcels are handed over in person, with the name of the recipient noted and the handover documented with geo-coordinates. Customers who wish to have their delivery acknowledged can book the SignatureService. You can find more information here.
- Personal handover: The name of the recipient is noted and the handover is documented with geo-coordinates. A signature is no longer required.
