Simply give us permanent drop-off permission for all your future GLS parcels.
Issue authorisation
You can authorise another person in writing to collect your consignment. You can use the form on the notification card to issue authorisation. The authorised individual must bring this authorisation and official photographic identification with them.
GLS App
GLS is always there to help: the GLS app offers consignees all sorts of functionality. A particularly practical feature is that individual data, such as parcel labels and addresses, are available both via the app and in our private section.
